Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' and you will be asked to register, or guest checkout to complete you order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
If you make a mistake in your order and can't correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All items produced with Holographic card may have variations of colours and pattern.
Coloured Card and Paper may have a slight variation in colour
All Personalised or Printed Napkin orders must make sure that the wording, colour napkin, foil colour etc is correct before completing checkout as once the order has been processed NO REFUNDS will be given.
Shipping And Handling Shipping Charges -UK ONLY
Shipping Costs will be calculated and added to the total cost of purchases when you check out and will be shown on the online advice at the end of the checkout process.
Postage and Packing for all items:
Orders below £20 = £1.50
£20.01 and over = Post Free
Shipping Charges NON UK
For delivery outside the UK shipping is chargeable at cost of Airmail for the parcel weight. Should you wish to be informed of the shipping cost prior to dispatch please email at time of order. Otherwise if you want to pay the price and i will send you a Paypal invoice for the difference.
If the Paypal invoice for the difference isn't paid within 2 weeks a refund will be made.
Delivery Schedule in the UK
We deliver your order by Royal Mail or other Courier with proof of posting. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make prompt claim against Royal Mail and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
If your item is not in stock, we will send it out to you as soon as we have it.
Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund. This applies only to goods returned in their original unopened packaging that are fit for resale. In this event we will not normally refund your return postage and again a refund can only be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statue or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms t minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and withour affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
